Refund Policy – Skin Kneads

At Skin Kneads, we take pride in the quality of our services and products. Due to the nature of our treatments and hygiene standards, all sales are final.

Please review our policy below before booking or purchasing.


1. All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Services
  • Retail products
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Packages or series
  • Deposits or booking fees

Once a purchase or booking is confirmed, it cannot be refunded.


2. Services & Appointments

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Completed services
  • Results (as outcomes vary for each individual)
  • Schedule changes or personal circumstances
  • Missed or late appointments

If you have any concerns about your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll be happy to review and guide you on next steps.


3. Deposits & Booking Fees

Deposits are required to secure your appointment and are non-refundable.

In some cases, deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if notice is given according to our Cancellation Policy.

Failure to follow cancellation guidelines will result in loss of your deposit.


4. Packages, Series & Memberships

All package purchases, prepaid sessions, and memberships are final.

  • Unused sessions are non-refundable
  • Sessions cannot be transferred or exchanged
  • Expiration terms (if applicable) will be shared at the time of purchase

5. Retail Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all product sales are final.

We recommend reviewing ingredients and asking questions before purchasing.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.


6. Gift Cards

All gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Cannot be transferred
  • Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.


7. Allergies & Skin Reactions

Skin Kneads is not responsible for reactions caused by:

  • Undisclosed allergies or conditions
  • Not following aftercare instructions
  • Mixing products with incompatible routines

We strongly recommend sharing all relevant skin information during your consultation.


8. Service Concerns

Your experience matters to us.
